As well as superb accommodation, a fine restaurant and Bar with are only 4 miles west of Maidenhead and close to Junction 8/9 of the M4 Motorway which gives fast access to Heathrow & Gatwick Airports. We are also ideally situated for visiting London, Oxford, Windsor & Henley on Thames.

Our oak lounge bar boasts wood panelling and a large open fireplace, with a range of hand pumped real ales on tap. We have recently been awarded the CAMRA Pub of the Year for the Reading area. Our menu consists of a combination of exotic and traditional dishes which can be enjoyed either in the bar or our restaurant, overlooking the courtyard.

The Manor of Pincents takes its name from a 14th-century Tilehurst family. They obtained their land by an exchange between the Abbot of Reading and Edmund Pincent. Edmund Pincent is mentioned as a Parishioner of Tilehurst in 1341/2. In 1494/5, Margaret Sambourn, a widow, died, seized of the Manor which she held by inheritance. Please be aware that no evening meals are available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Also, please note that all our rooms are non-smoking. Most of our rooms are in a separate annex and not in the main hotel.
