The Castle Hotel, presents Welsh tradition at its best, with walking, fishing and seasonal breaks available. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout hotel, as are lovingly prepared meals made with locally produced ingredients. The hotel has significant historical connections with Lord Nelson and the writer George Burrow, and has the perfect location for group visits to the National Botanic and Aberglasney Gardens, as well as wide range of other leisure activities.

The Castle is an ideal business and leisure hotel for visitors to West Wales, Carmarthenshire and the Brecon Beacons. Conveniently located on the A40 with ample adjacent car parking and Wi-Fi internet access, the hotel offers 23 comfortable en suite bedrooms. Carriages Restaurant and the Stable Bar offer a choice of fresh dishes, with beef produced from the local land. The ballroom is licensed for weddings, parties and conferences for up to 150 people, with smaller rooms available for meetings and dining parties.

Positioned amid 50 acres of Welsh countryside, this family run guest house offers spectacular views of the Bran Valley and a wealth of outdoor activities. Unwind in convenient en suite bedrooms; relax beside the log fire in the lounge bar and enjoy traditional home-cooked food in this ideal base for an exploration of South Wales and the Brecon Beacons. If you'd prefer not to stray too far, the the farm also offers clay pigeon shooting and an off-road course for experienced drivers and riders. In the summer months, you can unwind in the conservatory or on the terrace and take in the arresting views of the Black Mountain and the Brecon Beacons beyond.

Llanerchindda Farm Guest House is situated just outside Cynghordy village, 7 miles from the town of Llandovery. A farmhouse style breakfast is served each morning, consisting of fruit juice, cereal, yoghurt and a full cooked buffet. For evening dinner, 3-course meals are available for around 14 GBP. The style is traditional, with old favourites such as Steak & Ale Pie and Chicken Llanerchindda. With prior notice, vegetarians are also well cated for with meals such as Spinach & Ricotta Lasagne or Mixed Bean Goulash. Light lunches are also available, as are packed lunches (which cost 5 GBP). Please give the staff prior notice each evening. All food is home made on-site, and is prepared using fresh Welsh produce wherever possible. A down the line clay pigeon shoot is available, with free tution to suit all levels of experience. Prices start from 30 GBP for those hiring guns and equipment, or 20 GBP for those with their own. Pre-booking is essential. The farm also has its own off-road course, suitable for 4x4 vehicles, quad-bikes and motorcycles. The cours is quite severe in places, and should only be attempted by experienced, insured drivers and riders. The cost is 5 GBP for bikes and 15 GBP for vehicles (per driver/rider, per day).
