| The New Bath Hotel, a Brook Hotel, is a Regency styled hotel which was built in 1802 and is set in 5 acres of grounds, overlooking the breathtaking Derwent Gorge. The hotel boasts an outdoor pool (open May to September) and an indoor heated plunge pool, both fed by natural thermal springs. Situated on the border of the Peak District National Park, the hotel enjoys a countryside location with good transport links to nearby Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield and the M1. Chatsworth and Haddon Hall country houses are nearby as well as Gullivers Kingdom and the American Adventure theme parks a short drive away with just 40 minutes to Alton Towers.
