Bay Sands is on a good level position just 80 yards stroll to the sea front with a safe, sandy beach. The pier, shops, restaurants and large multiplex cinema are just a few minutes level walk away. Bay Sands enjoys increasing trade through recommendation, and many guests return year after year to enjoy our excellent food, comfort, cleanliness and hospitality. Paignton is an ideal family resort with all the traditional seaside attractions, which include an attractive harbour, theatre, zoo, Quaywest Water Park and coastline steam railway. | This Christian, family-run bed and breakfast is situated 3 minutes’ level walk from Paignton’s main beach and town centre, and 5 minutes’ walk from the bus and train station. Many of the country’s finest golf courses are within an hour’s drive, and driving ranges and pitch and putt are close by. Paignton and Torquay are popular for water-sports, and throughout the year there are several events, including surfing competitions, sailing, diving, wind-surfing, water-skiing opportunities and exhibitions. There are tennis courts and bowling greens, and fishing is also very popular in Paignton. Torbay is known as The English Riviera, which boasts a diversity of atmosphere, entertainment and amenities for all ages, surrounded by scenic countryside. We cater for families, couples and singles wanting a break in the country, from one night stays and weekend breaks to longer stays. We are open all year. We welcome contractors and business travellers. Wedding parties, hen or stag parties will need to be booked in advance.
