| The Falcon is a traditional 16th century country hotel. Our charming restaurant, with rosette standard food, overlooks the lawns. The menu concentrates on modern English cuisine and meals are made using fresh local produce wherever possible. The oak-beamed Cellar Bar has a fine selection of beers & wines with which to accompany the excellent bar meals. The Falcon is part of the Compton Estate, Owned by Lord Northampton, and situsted in the pretty hamlet of Castle Ashby.
