This former C19th Dudley schoolhouse has been converted into a comfortable hotel with a friendly club atmosphere. Our hotel is located on the Shropshire border, on the edge of Dudley which ensures our hotel is perfect for your stay. In Victorian times, many Himley villagers worked for the Earl of Dudley, and their children were educated in the high beamed room school house which is now a part of the Himley Country Hotel. The old school room has now been extended with a popular conservatory restaurant. The hotel is located on the edge of the countryside and is well known for its peaceful location and quiet bedrooms. Nearby is Himley Hall with gardens landscaped by Capability Brown. An ideal location from which to delve into our industrial past in the Black Country or to explore the beauty of the Welsh Borders. Please note that the hotel has no lift. We provide double beds to all business clients.

The hotel is located just off the A449, Wolverhampton to Stourbridge road. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the bar, lounge and conference rooms.
